For Hard reset Xiaolajiao 7X use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press the Volume Up and Power button for a few seconds.

3. When the Xiaolajiao logo appears, release all the buttons.

4. When the Android robot appears on the screen, press the Volume Up and Power button for a couple of seconds.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .

6. Select Yes and press the Power button to confirm the reset operation.

7. Select "Reboot System Now" and confirm the phone restart using the Power button.
