For Hard reset vivo NEX Dual Display use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. Release all buttons after Android Robot appears

4. Release the Power key when the VIVO logo appears

5. Release the Volume Up key when Recovery Mode appears on the screen

6. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

7. Select "yes" from the menu items and confirm your selection by pressing Power

8. We are interested in the menu item "reboot system now"
