For Hard reset Vargo VX3 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Hold down the Power and Volume Up button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Vargo logo.

4. Select the option "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons for moving around the menu and press the Power button.

5. Select the option «Yes - Delete All user Data» and click the Power button to confirm this operation.

6. Select the option "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm this operation.
