For Hard reset Sharp Aquos Sense Plus use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the SHARP logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

6. Go to line "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
