For Hard reset RugGear RG650 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Hold down the Power button and the Volume Up button for a few seconds.

3. When the Android logo appears on the screen, you can release both buttons.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to move around the menu and the Power button to select.

5. Select Yes and press the Power button.

6. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to restart the device.
