For Hard reset RugGear RG600 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. When the Android Robot logo appears on the screen, release all buttons

4. Release the Power key when the VIVO logo appears on the screen

5. After the Recovery Mode appears on the screen, the Volume Up key can be released
