1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the PHILIPS logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. After the image of Android Robot appears on the screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons
