For Hard reset Oppo AX5s use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the OPPO logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. Choose English

5. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

6. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button

7. Go to line "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset procedure complete
