1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When Recovery Mode appears, release all keys.

4. Select Wipe Data and Wipe all Applications . Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate the menus and the Power button to confirm your selection.

5. Select OK with the Power button.

6. Press OK again and return to the main menu.

7. Select Reboot using the Power button.
