For Hard reset Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. Release the keys when the NOKIA logo appears on the screen

4. When the Android Robot image appears on the screen, press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously

5. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. Select "yes" and press the Power button
