The NIU Niutek 4.0D is a budget-friendly Android smartphone that offers basic features for everyday use. It runs on the Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system and is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor, along with a Mediatek MT6572 chipset and Mali-400 GPU.
