For Hard reset Multilaser MS50X use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. For a few seconds, press the Volume Up and Power button.

3. Release all keys when the Multilaser logo appears.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select in the Yes menu and click the Power button to confirm the selection.

6. Select in the menu "Reboot System Now" and click the Power button to confirm the selection.
