1. Turn off your smartphone, in any available way

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. The keys can be released when the LENOVO logo appears on the screen

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. Select "yes" and confirm by pressing the Power button

6. Select menu item "reboot system now"

7. Hard Reset procedure completed
