For Hard reset Intex Aqua Power plus use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. Release both keys when the Boot Mode menu appears

4. You must select the Recovery item. The Volume up key is used to navigate the menu, and the Volume down key is used to confirm the selection.

5. After waiting for the Android Robot logo to appear on the smartphone screen and press the Volume Up and Power keys

6. Move the cursor to the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

7. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button
