For Hard reset iLA X use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up button and the Power button at the same time to see the Recovery mode menu.

3. If Recovery Mode is not displayed, hold down the Power button and press Volume Up once.

4. You should now see Recovery Mode on the screen.

5. Continue by selecting « Wipe data » using the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirming with the Power button.

6. Confirm your decision by selecting « Wipe all data » to continue.

7. When finished, click « Reboot ».
