For Hard reset HomTom H3 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up button along with the Power button within a few seconds.

3. Release all the buttons if you see information about Boot Mode.

4. Select «Recovery» using the Volume Up key and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .
