For Hard reset Gome C7 Note use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. For a few seconds, simultaneously press and hold the Volume down and Power keys.

3. When the GOME logo appears, release both buttons.

4. Select the option "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm choice.

5. Select the yes option and confirm the selection using Power.

6. Select the option "Reboot System Now" and confirm the selection using Power.
