For Hard reset Ginzzu RS8502 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When the GINZZU logo appears, release the Power button.

4. Release the Volume Down button when Recovery Mode appears.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate through the menus and the Power button to confirm your selection.
