1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the «Home» buttons, Volume Up, Power for a few seconds.

3. Select the option "Wipe Cache Partition", using the Volume Up / Down buttons for scrolling and button «back» to confirm.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" and press the «back button» to confirm .

5. Return to the main menu using the «back button».

6. Restart the phone.
