1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. When the CUBOT logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

wipe data / factory reset Cubot P20
4. Go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button
