For Hard reset Coolpad M3 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press simultaneously and hold for a few seconds the 2 buttons Volume up and Power

3. When the COOLPAD logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. When the Android Robot logo appears, press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menus, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button

7. Select item "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset operation completed
