For Hard reset Centric S1 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Then press the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all buttons.

4. Select Recovery. Use Volume Up to navigate menus and Volume Down to confirm.

5. If an Android Robot image appears, click the Volume Up and Power button.

6. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate and the Power key to confirm your selection.

7. Select Yes and confirm with Power .

8. When Recovery Mode appears, select " reboot system now " using the Power button.
