For Hard reset Casper VIA A2 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power> together for a few seconds.

3. Release the kept buttons when Recovery mode appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go to "wipe data / factory reset", and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select Yes and press the Power button to confirm the selection.
