For Hard reset BLUBOO Dual use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Power and Volume UP buttons for a few seconds.

3. When it appears Boot Mode, release both buttons.

4. Select «Recovery» Use the Volume Up button moving around the menu and click the Volume Down button to make a choice.

5. When Android Robot appears, press the Power button and press the Volume Up button.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .

7. Select Yes and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm the selection.
