For Hard reset AllCall S10 use following steps

1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After the ALLCALL logo appears on the screen, you can release the keys

4. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

5. In the menu, go to the line "yes" and press the Power button
